Bu çalışmada Türkiye ekonomisindeki 24 sektördeki kurumsal firmaların sıralanmasına yönelik bir finansal performans değerlendirme modeli geliştirilmiştir.Geliştirilen model finansal oranlar ve İdeal Çözümlere Yakınlık Yoluyla Tercihlerin Sıralanması Tekniği (Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution-TOPSIS) yöntemi üzerine kurulmuştur.Model, aynı sektöre aitkurumsal firmaların rakiplerine göre derecelendirme puanlarını sunmaktadır. Geliştirilen model Visual Basic programıyla kodlanmış ve gerçek hayat çalışmalarıyla test edilmiştir. TOPSIS, Çok Kriterli Eniyileme ve Uzlaşık Çözüm (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje-VIKOR), Gri İlişkisel Analiz (Grey Relational Grade-GRA) ve Oran Analizi Temelli Çok Amaçlı Eniyileme (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis-MOORA) yöntemlerinden elde edilen finansal performans değerlendirme sıralamaları Spearman'ın Sıra İlişkisi Testi kullanılarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Test sonuçlarına göre finansal performans değerlendirme modeli için en uygun sıralama yönteminin TOPSIS yöntemi olduğu bulunmuştur. Makalede modelin çalışmasını gösteren bir uygulamaya da ayrıca yer verilmiştir.

Abstract:The banking crises, which have occurred both in transition economies and developing countries in the last ten years, have strengthened conviction about the importance of a stable and well regulated banking system. Therefore, choosing the right and suitable strategy is crucial for the performance improvement of the banks. The balanced scorecard (BSC) provides an enterprise view of an organisation's overall performance. The model of this study is tested on a sample of experts in a private bank, a semi-private bank and a state-owned bank in Iran. In this study, used for strategy and BSC measuring indexes were ranked in banking industry by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy TOPSIS. Results show that among strategy banks in Iran, the brand reputation is more important. The results obtained from both methods indicate that private bank is more significant than semi-private bank and state-owned bank in banking.

In today's world economy, firms focused on the maximization of shareholder value need to ensure that all activities yield positive net present values. Value based financial performance measures have been developed in an attempt to guide management actions towards achieving this objective. In this study, a hybrid approach is proposed for value based financial performance evaluation of automotive parts manufacturer companies of Tehran stock exchange (TSE). For this purpose, in this study based on eight value based measures an integrated fuzzy multi criteria decision making approach is presented for value based financial performance evaluation of companies. In current approach Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is applied to determine the weights of the criteria. Then the companies are ranked by Fuzzy Complex Proportional Assessment (Fuzzy COPRAS), simultaneously. The results represented the importance of each value based measures in financial evaluation of fourteen Iranian companies and ranking companies by applying the proposed approach.
