A comparative study of the effects of genistein, estradiol and raloxifene on the murine skeletal system.

Abstract: Genistein, a major phytoestrogen of soy, is considered a potential drug for prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. The aim of the present study was to compare the effects of genistein, estradiol and raloxifene on the skeletal system in vivo and in vitro.
