A comparative study of second trimester termination of pregnancy with mifepristone and misoprostol vs misoprostol alone in 50 cases

Abstract: The aim: To study the efficacy and safety of combined mifepristone and misoprostol used in second-trimester abortion(≥ 12 and ≤ 20 weeks) in comparison with only vaginal misoprostol.
