Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune illness that affects several organs, and the most frequent renal consequence of SLE is lupus nephritis (LN). It is a rare, systemic disease, possibly fatal autoimmune illness with high morbidity. SLE prevalence has been observed to range between 14 and 60 per 100,000 people. A 13-year-female child was admitted to the hospital in the paediatric ward with the chief complaint of skin lesion over sun sun-exposed and bleeding from oral mucosa. Blood samples were sent to the laboratory for investigations, and blood cultures were also sent to the microbiology lab. As soon as she was admitted, treatment was started without any delay. Blood investigations show a decreased level of WBC count, i.e. 3500 cu/mm, and the blood culture revealed the organism's growth. Hence patient was started on injectable antibiotics. After 15 days of a continuous course of antibiotics, the patient started recovery. The rashes started disappearing a little bit. Physiotherapy is begun for a child with joint pain where she experiences relief.

Background: The most prevalent cyanotic congenital cardiac condition is the tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). A congenital heart defect is a flaw in the structure of the heart that is present at birth. The normal flow of blood through the heart is disrupted by this type of cardiac defect. It accounts for about 6% to 10% of all congenital heart defects. The congenital heart condition double outlet right ventricle (DORV) occurs when two blood arteries do not attach to the heart. It can affect 1 to 3% of people with congenital cardiac disease. Case Presentation: A newborn male child was brought by her parents to the paediatric ward with a chief complaint of shortness of breath, cyanosis, hypoglycaemia, and convulsion. In the case of Tetralogy of Fallot with Double outlet right ventricle. The primary therapeutic interventions were given to the newborn patient and he was treated with antibiotics and vasodilators. Conclusion: The newborn male old child with complaints of shortness of breath, cyanosis, hypoglycaemia, and convulsion and diagnosed with tetralogy of Fallot with double outlet right ventricles. After the proper therapeutic interventions and treatment, the client's condition is improved. He has been able to maintain oxygen saturation up to 88-94% and reduced hypoglycaemia and convulsion, cyanosis.

Turricephaly is regarded as one of the most challenging cranial malformations to treat because increasing intracranial pressure can occur when cranial height is reduced. In typical medical and nursing situations, kids with turricephaly can be identified by thier osteogenesis imperfecta, ophthalmic proptosis, hydrocephalus, and certain facial characteristics such substantial temporal steamrolling, facial asymmetry hypoplasia, and micrognathia.Turricephaly is a rare and potentially fatal autoimmune disease. In the beginning, estimates of turricephaly from antiquity to the present are shown, and in the end, the findings of a personal investigation into the generally disturbed social behaviour and A 4 year male child admited in pediatric department in hospital the patient reported Head swelling, nausea, occipital area swelling, both eyes swelling, and irregular skull form. the primary therapeutic interventions was given to the patient and he was treated with syp zincovit 5 ml BD antibiotic intravenous fluids during hospitalization and the treatment was continued until my final day of care.
