Abstract:Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the diagnostic accuracy of 64-Slice Coronary Computer Tomography Angiography (CCTA) and Myocardial Perfusion Imaging (MPI) in the identification of significant coronary artery stenosis (>50% luminal narrowing).
