Cefuroxime axetil is a broad-spectrum antibiotic with a simple pharmacokinetic profile. The medicine treats otitis media, pharyngitis, sinusitis, CAP, and acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis effectively and well. Cefuroxime axetil was beneficial in intravenous/oral sequential therapy for CAP, but dosage recommendations are not accessible in some countries. Cefuroxime axetil may be used to treat community-acquired infections, including those caused by -lactamase-producing respiratory bacteria. In an era of rapidly growing bacterial resistance, empirical treatment with cefuroxime axetil may assure the proper use of newer antibacterial medicines, reducing bacterial resistance to these drugs.

The medical term for elevated blood pressure is hypertension (HTN). It's harmful since it strains the heart and increases the risk of heart disease and stroke as well as atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Congestive heart failure, renal damage, and blindness are all possible outcomes of HTN. Many adverse effects are commonly associated with traditional antihypertensives. For the most part, people in underdeveloped nations prefer herbal medicines for primary health care since they are more tolerable by the human body and have less adverse effects. A great deal of effort has been made over the last three decades to discover native plants that have hypotensive and antihypertensive medicinal properties. It has been established that some of these medicinal herbs have hypotensive and antihypertensive properties, whereas others have been discredited. In order to evaluate the efficacy and clarify the safety profile of such herbal treatments for their antihypertensive potential, additional scientific study must be conducted to combine ayurveda expertise with modern medicine.

Colorectal cancer is the second most deadly type of cancer (CRC). In the upcoming decades, death and incidence rates would surely increase globally. Despite being disproportionately high in high-income countries, CRC-related mortality is also on the rise in low- and middle-income countries. Early diagnosis of CRC allows for both surgical and medicinal treatment options. Due to the high likelihood of recurrence and the rising rate of treatment failure brought on by cancer medicine resistance, it is regrettable that there is a significant treatment failure rate. Due to early discovery and treatment of CRC, there is a chance of survival in wealthy nations. Contrarily, these resources are noticeably scarce in less developed countries. It is crucial to inform the public about CRC's current situation, its cause, progression, risk factors, and therapy. As a result, we have included in this review all of the most recent data on the global epidemiology, drug resistance, challenges, risk factors, and preventative and therapeutic approaches for CRC. Guidelines for CRC prevention and therapy are briefly reviewed, as well as pathways of CRC developments.
