“…D. oleoides has been already studied for its natural products content and revealed the presence of a wide variety of secondary metabolites belonging to different classes of natural products. Among these were recognized lignan, flavonoids, diterpenoids, steroids, phenylpropanoids, monomeric, dimeric, and trimeric coumarins as aglycones and in glycosidic forms, the most of them were also endowed with interesting biological activities, i.e ., anti‐inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial, inhibitory toward inflammatory cytokines, wound healing activity, and against rheumatism and malaria .
