Abstract: Decisions are generally made under the assumption that the option chosen is the best one available and that there is no intent to eventually change them unless demanded by specific circumstances, such as when the original decision no longer achieves the desired result. This explains the necessity of making the best choice at a particular moment and implies the difficulty of the burden borne by the decisionmaker.
