Abstract:Magnetoelectric dipole antennas have attracted attention owing to their high performance, however, they are structurally complex and large. Attempts have been made to reduce their size, but the wideband properties and compact size are yet to be achieved simultaneously. This article proposes a dual-polarized magnetoelectric dipole antenna to address these issues. The proposed antenna utilizes vertically oriented folded shorted patches to function as magnetic dipoles, which effectively enlarges the impedance ban… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
