A Compact Infrared Gas Sensor Based on an Asymmetry Gas Cavity

Abstract: Many gas molecules absorb electromagnetic radiation at characteristic wavelengths in the infrared region. This absorption can be used to identify defined substances like CO2, ammoniac, and so far.
