A combined binocular ophthalmoscope and headlamp.

Abstract: THE Hallpike Headlamp, which can be worn comfortably with operating spectacles, provides even illumination of the operative field, and the Fison Binocular Indirect Ophthalmoscope is of value in the examination of retinal detachments.
