Abstract:Pyridinium cesium cobalt nitrate, (PyH)CsCo2(NO3)6, is a quasi-two-dimensional Ising magnet, which undergoes a long-range antiferromagnetic ordering. The use of both organic and inorganic cations is a promising way to search for new magnetic materials.
