A cognitive perception/action cycle for a notional fighter radar

Abstract: In this paper we discuss simulating a cognitive perception-action cycle and applying its algorithms to a notional medium PRF fighter radar featuring an adaptive advanced electronically scanned array. The cognitive cycle adapts to the presence of electronic attack by designing and invoking an everincreasingly capable set of electronic protection waveforms.
