A Clinical Study to Compare the Efficacy of Trichloroacetic Acid Peel Versus Tretinoin Peel in the Treatment of Melasma

Abstract: BACKGROUND Melasma is the most common facial pigmentary disorder causing cosmetic disfigurement. Treatment options are numerous with varied results.
