A Clinical Study on Manifestations and Management of Cholesteatoma Ear

Abstract: BACKGROUNDCholesteatoma is a sac in the middle ear cleft lined by stratified squamous epithelium and containing keratin debris. It is capable of soft tissue and bone destruction, thus leading to several, even life-threatening, complications. Surgical therapy is the mainstay of management. Aims and Objectives-To study the distribution of cholesteatoma in different age groups & various socioeconomic classes, its various modes of presentation, complications, different modes of management and postoperative outcome.
