Abstract:This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of the dual plasma molecular adsorption exchange system (DPMAES) in patients with hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (HBV-ACLF), with a focus on its regulatory effect on cytokine storm.
