A chronic renal failure revealing a Lowe’s syndrome:1st case report from an Algerian family

Abstract: Oculocerebral syndrome (OCRL),or Lowe’s syndrome (LS), is an X-linked recessive disorder that primarily affects males and is characterised by growth retardation, mental retardation, congenital cataract,and Fanconi syndrome. We report the first case in our country of a young adult male with LS diagnosed at the stage of end-stage renal disease
