Abstract:Dyslipidemia is a precursor to several fatal illnesses in the future. The incidence of coronary heart disease increases by 1-2% for every 1% increase in cholesterol levels. It is a metabolic lifestyle disorder brought on by poor eating habits, insufficient exercise, stress, and other factors. Since dyslipidemia is not specifically mentioned in Ayurveda.
