A case report of rash induced by cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium plus metronidazole sodium chloride combined with morphine hydrochloride

Abstract

Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium are mainly used for various infections caused by sensitive bacteria. The infection sites include the reproductive system, respiratory system, and urinary system. Although the drugs have good effects in clinical applications, there are also allergic reactions, including skin rash, fever, anaphylactic shock, and blood pressure drop. The allergic reactions not only affect the treatment of the patient but also affect the prognosis and recovery, and in severe cases, it may even endanger the patient's life (1,2). Metronidazole is used in the treatment of anaerobic infections and is also widely used in clinical practice.
