A Case Report of Lymphocytic Hypophysitis Related to Pregnancy

Abstract: A 39-year-old woman consulted in the postpartum period because of agalactia, polyuria, polydipsia, and headache and decreased visual acuity. The initial analysis was compatible with a panhypopituitarism.
