Abstract:Plasma cell leukemia (PCL) is the most aggressive form of the plasma cell dyscrasias. This rare disease remains a challenge in regard to diagnosis and treatment due to its rarity and aggressive nature. PCL is a rare plasma cell malignancy with poor prognosis.
