Abstract:Angiomyolipoma of the adrenal gland is an extremely uncommon tumor detected incidentally in studies for other pathologies. We present the case of a 55-year-old female patient with a giant incidental right adrenal angiomyolipoma, detected by Computed Tomography (CT), performed for abdominal pain.
