Abstract:Upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) is a common and potentially life-threatening condition. Metastatic disease is an exceedingly rare cause of UGIB. We report the case of a 73-year-old man with high-grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBL) who presented for the initiation of chemotherapy and was found to be acutely anemic due to UGIB.
