Abstract:Laryngeal trauma is rare but life-threatening emergency. Main cause of the trauma includes traffic accident, fall down, machinery injury, and stab. This type of injury not only makes tremendous bleeding and hemodynamic instability, but also intimidates a patency of upper airway which leads to acute respiratory failure.
