“…ITANI Die Tinea nigra ist eine oberflachliche Mykose der Haut, die durch Pilze der Gattung Cladosporium (C. mansoni und C. wernecki) verursacht wird. Die Krankheit kommt haufiger in den tropischen und subtropischen Landern vor (7, 9, 23, 31,44), sie ist jedoch auch in Landern mit gema5igter (15,29,32,43) und kiihler Temperatur (20, 51) beobachtet worden.Die Mykose kann n i t Ausnahme des Gesichtes (8, 40,45) alle Hautpartien befallen. Allerdings scheinen bei den verschiedenen Lokalisationen geographische Faktoren von Bedeutung zu sein.…”
