A Case of Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura and ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction: An Unusual Correlation

Abstract: Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a rare and potentially devastating blood disorder depicted by thrombocytopenia, fever, widespread small vessel hemolytic anemia, and neurological symptoms.
