Abstract:SUMMARYIf the displacement of T drain occu:rs by 5th. day of operation, the drain should be rep~ laced again by a reopeıration.In our case, displacement occured at 3rd. postoperative day. The drain was kept inside and connected to an active aspiration system. After a dose observation, patient did well withoul: problem.Careful observal:ion and active drainage of displaced T drain are well enough and may prevent some reoperations.(
