Abstract:This case involved a 75-year-old female with left-eye epiretinal membrane (ERM) and cataract who developed serious eye disorders during vitreous surgery due to methylrosaniline chloride (MRC) being mistakenly injected and applied to the retina instead of Brilliant Blue G during internal limiting membrane staining.
