A Case of Right Sided Aortic Arch with Kommerell Diverticulum

Abstract: Introduction:Kommerell diverticulum, a rare embryological variant, is an aneurysm of aortic arch at the origin of an aberrant subclavian artery. It is usually asymptomatic and detected incidentally on imaging studies or postmortem.Common symptoms include dysphagia and chest pain.
