Abstract:Paul Clement (2011) presents a unique case of an adolescent with congenital limb deficiency. He integrates a number of approaches that encompass positive psychology, cognitive restructuring, social problem-solving skills, outcome assessment, and a quantitative evaluation of therapeutic change.
