A Case of Reccurence of Intraperitoneal Abscess for Fish Bone Ileum Perforation 4 Months after Previous Drainage

Abstract: A76-year-oldmanwasbroughtintoourhospitalbyanambulanceforabdominalpainandvomiting. Computedtomography(CT)oftheabdomenrevealedintestinalobstructionbyanintraabdominalabscess, andhissymptomswererelievedbyCTguidedabscessdrainage.CTperformedlatersuggestedintraabdominal abscess by intestinal perforation for a fish bone.
