Abstract:A76-year-oldmanwasbroughtintoourhospitalbyanambulanceforabdominalpainandvomiting. Computedtomography(CT)oftheabdomenrevealedintestinalobstructionbyanintraabdominalabscess, andhissymptomswererelievedbyCTguidedabscessdrainage.CTperformedlatersuggestedintraabdominal abscess by intestinal perforation for a fish bone.
