Abstract:A 70-year-old woman underwent Balloon-Occluded Retrograde Transvenous Obliteration (BRTO) for bleeding gastric varices, which was unsuccessful. Then, she underwent Percutaneous Transhepatic Obliteration (PTO) to block the main blood supply route.
