:Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common tumor arising in salivary glands. It frequently develops in the parotid and palatine glands, but extremely rarely in the sublingual gland. We report on a 44-years-old woman with pleomorphic adenoma of the sublingual gland. Her chief complaint was a painless mass in the right side of the oral floor.Since the diagnosis of pleomorphic adenoma was obtained by the biopsy, the extirpative surgery of the tumor including the sublingual gland was carried out. There has been no sign of recurrence for 2 years after the surgery.
