Abstract: A 60-year-old male with long-standing diabetes, hypertension, and smoking developed an end-stage renal disease that necessitated hemodialysis. His drive-by angiograms revealed significant carotid and iliac calcifications and a triple-vessel disease on cardiac assessment.
