Abstract: Dear Editor, Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA; also called Churg-Strauss syndrome) is a necrotizing vasculitis affecting small-to-medium-size vessels of multiple organs. Most patients exhibit respiratory involvement, such as pulmonary infiltrates, allergic rhinitis, or asthma.
