Abstract: Abstract- Metastatic involvement of cardiac valve and pericardium mimicking a cardiac valve pathology accompanied with cardiac tamponade is a rare phenomenon. These metastases commonly arise from the lymphoreticular system, the pulmonary system, and breast.
