Abstract:Clinical, imaging, laboratory and morphological data of a metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD) patient were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical picture consisted of progressing pyramidal, cerebellar, brain stem, optical, mental, and bowel and bladder disturbances, and epileptic seizures.
