A case of lipoma, calcification, and brain malformations in the midline of the skull

Abstract: Few cases of pericallosal lipoma with several other lesions, including specific forms of calcification and brain malformations, have been reported. We present the case of an asymptomatic 83-year-old man with a pericallosallipoma with peculiar symmetrical morphology in the midline of the skull.
