A case of intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia in the maxillary sinus

Abstract: Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (IPEH) is a benign lesion caused by the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells. We report an extremely rare case of IPEH derived from the maxillary sinus.A 52-year-old man visited our department with repeated right epistaxes from a month ago.
