Abstract:Ticagrelor is a potent P2Y12 inhibitor that is increasingly used in acute coronary syndrome. Although drugrelated intrahepatic hemorrhages have been reported with anticoagulant drugs, no case of intrahepatic hemorrhage due to ticagrelor has been encountered in the literature.
