A case of Henoch‐Schonlein purpura presenting with pulmonary involvement

Abstract: Pulmonary involvement in Henoch‐Schonlein purpura (HSP) although rare is an important treatable cause of hospital admission in patients. Its diagnosis is difficult due to the vague symptoms and non-specific radiographic findings.
