A Case of Granulosa Cell Tumour with Atypical Presentation

Abstract: Introduction: Granulosa cell tumour is one of the rare variations of ovarian tumour. As the Granulosa cells secrets Estradiol, the patient with granulosa cell tumour usually present with features of precautious puberty.
