A case of gabapentin‐induced rhabdomyolysis requiring renal replacement therapy

Abstract: Gabapentin is commonly used for controlling convulsions, restless pain syndrome, and pain in diabetic neuropathy. Common side effects include dizziness, somnolence, ataxia, peripheral edema, and confusion; gabapentin-induced rhabdomyolysis is rarely reported.
