A case of frog egg‐like perifollicular allergic contact dermatitis due to hydroquinone

Abstract: ACD to topical drugs commonly used to treat eczematous skin lesions should be suspected in all the cases of an otherwise-non-explainable dermatitis exacerbation. Moreover, ACD to excipients of topical drugs may be difficult to avoid because the same excipients may be present in different topical medicaments using different nomenclatures.
