A case of emphysematous pyelonephritis

Abstract: EMPHYSEMATOUS pyelonephritis is an unusual condition i n which there is gas within the renal parenchyma, or sometimes within the pyelocaliceal collecting system. T h e diagnosis is made radiologically (Bliznak and Ramsey, 1972).
