A Case of Descending Colon Stenosis with the Possible Involvement of Diarrheagenic <i>Escherichia Coli</i> O25

Abstract: Colonstenosismayoccurforavarietyofreasons,butcasesinwhichitscauseisinfectiouscolitisare rare.Thecaseofapatientwhorequiredsurgeryforcolonstenosisfollowingcolitiscausedbydiarrhea-genicEscherichia coliO25ispresented.
