A Case of Chronic Aortic Dissection in Turner Syndrome

Abstract: Turner syndrome is characterized by short stature and dysmorphism in young girls and women. Hypertension increases the risk of aortic dissection. We report a case of chronic Stanford type-A aortic dissection in a woman with a strong suspicion of Turner syndrome. Our aim to recall the clinic and its complications.
