Abstract:Turner syndrome is characterized by short stature and dysmorphism in
young girls and women. Hypertension increases the risk of aortic
dissection. We report a case of chronic Stanford type-A aortic
dissection in a woman with a strong suspicion of Turner syndrome. Our
aim to recall the clinic and its complications.
