A Case of Acute ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction as an Initial Presentation of Essential Thrombocythemia in a Young Healthy Male

Abstract: In this report, we present the case of a 34-year-old young male from the Middle East who was admitted to the emergency department with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) as the first manifestation without known cardiovascular risk factors (CVRFs).
