A Case of Acute Esophageal Necrosis and Duodenal Disease in a Patient With Adrenal Insufficiency

Abstract: A 62-year-old man presented to the emergency department for 2 days of generalized weakness and symptomatic hypotension. His past medical history was significant for idiopathic end-stage renal disease, primary adrenal insufficiency on daily prednisone, and pressure ulcers on his posterior thighs.
