Abstract:Cardiac pseudoaneurysm is a rare but potentially lethal complication of myocardial infarction. Clinical manifestations may be nonspecific or, in some cases, may even be silent. Therefore, high clinical suspicion should be maintained when a patient becomes unstable after a myocardial event.
